I called to get my garage door repaired. Thank goodness the man that came out told me that the springs were not big enough to handle my door. When pulling the cord to disable the opener the door was so heavy I couldn’t lift it and could fall down so hard that it could kill or hurt someone badly. He replaced the springs and now I can lift the door with one hand. When pulling it down manually, it stops at each section of the door so it can’t slam down. I feel better knowing that my grandchildren could never get harmed from my garage door falling on them. The service man was pleasant and so nice. He gave me a break down of all costs so I could pick and choose what was within my budget that day. I of course chose the items that were a safety concern. You won’t be disappointed in this company.

I would rate your service a 5. Called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday for a broken spring. Ryan came on time, calling before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable, reviewing all options with me with no high pressure, and finished the service in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision and use them again when needed.
