Scott repaired our door in a quick and efficient time-frame. We could not get in/out from the door. Very pleased with the response time which was within hours from the breakdown and not 6 days as the door company gave us. Scott gave us important information regarding our door needs without pressure. Will definitely use your company for any/all garage door needs.

I search on line, and I pick your company based on your BBB rating. The technician carefully explain my options, and what was going to be done based on my decision. After the job was complete, he informed me the things I need to do for maintenance to keep my door running smoothly. The door failed on our way out of town. Precision had a technician out that afternoon. He repaired and replaced the springs, rller and cable pulleys. He was knowledgeable and explained each step. Superbly professional and technically expert. we have used them several times over the last 8 years and wouldn’t think of going to anyone esle.
