Jeff was our tech and he was a great guy. He arrive as planned and talk to me our what was happening with the door. After talking about the door he did a evaluation found the problem with the opener which was 10 years old. he gave some options for repair /renewing the opener/door. I chose the complete overhaul of the door i.e. new spring safety eyes opener and track with wifi features etc. Very happy with the service, equipment and the tech super guy.

We found Precision Door on the internet searching for “Master Lift Garage Door Remote”. Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.

This is the second time (on separate residences) I’ve used Precision. They are extremely professional and the service has been scheduled the day after I called. The service techs always arrive on time and are wonderful at explaining the needed repair and showing the worn or broken parts. I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of either. I would never use another company and highly recommend them!

Favorably – unbelievable. As a financial analyst and consultant I am generally very cautious hiring construction companies. Jerrod was prompt, verified license and insurance, and listed exactly what he would be performing. The real surprise he completed the garage door “over haul” in a couple of hours, and provided all documentation electronically. Best service I have received from a contractor in a long time.

I emailed several garage door repair companies. Only a few responded. Only Precision came out on the day I needed, gave me a reasonable quote and completed the work the same day.

Tech called and gave me a call will be arriving shortly. Showed up promptly. Did a full inspection of garage door opener, gave me suggestions made sufficient repairs. Garage door now working properly again.

I selected Precision because the advertising indicated that you have a large inventory. Scott Mayhew did an excellent job of assessing the damage which had been done to the garage door. I decided that I would rather have a new door and opener, and he carefully explained all the options. I agreed to purchase the new system. Scott fixed the existing door (which was cocked at an angle in the tracks) so that it was all the way down and can not be opened from the outside.
