The 2 technicians called to advise me of their arrival time. They immediately began the job of dismantling the old garage door. They then began installing the new garage door which is able to withstand winds of 140 mph. Since we are once again in hurricane season this new door makes me feel safer. They did such an excellent that job that I treated them to lunch. They tidied everything and left the garage as clean as it was before their arrival. I would highly recommend Precision Door and give them a 5 star rating.

Scott called prior to arriving to repair our garage door and opener. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained the options available to us. He installed a fabulous system that is exactly like a new garage door. Our garage door has never worked more efficiently than it does now. So quiet and easy to use. Thank you so much to Precision and to Scott for making it so much easier to use our garage. We will be telling everyone we know about what a fabulous job you have done!!!

Thank you William for your excellent work from 10:30 to 3:30 on repairing and replacing our garage door. Your work was knowledgeable, functional and helpful. Your explanations were clear and understandable. Your price was reasonable and well earned. It was hot and humid in the garage, even with fans running. We are grateful and thankful. We will gladly recommend your business! Thank you, Ralph Taylor

Received excellent quick service. Technician was very informative and polite. Was not pushy at all. Cause of this I have ordered a new door, being as mine is 31 years old and not hurricane proof
