First, garage door opener wasn’t working and the old garage doors needed to be replaced. Second, I ask the technician to install the new garage door opener however, he wanted to wait till the new garage doors came in. This doesn’t help the fact that for a month I will not be able to access the garage! Then after paying over $3000.00 dollars for new doors and garage door opener, there is a charge on the receipt for a $69.00 service call. There was no service preformed! The technician did everything NOT to install the garage door opener, just to make the overall sale.

I was amazed at Ryans knowledge. He explained all of the problems in a manner I could understand. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly. He is a very pleasant person. I will always use Precision in the future and will recommend you if I know anyone who needs garage door service.

The service tech (Noel) was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was very patient with me and gave me time to make a decision as to whether I wanted to have the work done after his inspection. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very professional.
