Our garage door opener started to fail intermittently. Alex came out and gave us several options for repair and replacement. We decided to replace and add a keypad. Alex was efficient and thorough. Our new opener is so quiet! We are happy with the service and the product.

I have been having garage door problems for over a year. Since October 2018, the problem became chronic and I discontinued using my garage door opener. The door would open while I was away from home! One of my neighbors had used Precision Door Services and encouraged me to contact hem. yesterday, one of their technicians come out to evaluate my problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and how articulate he was. Once he had evaluated the multiple problems I had, I decided to have him make all the repairs. I decided upon a servicing that got me the life-time warranty, as well. It is so good to be able to use my garage and the opener again. I highly recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who has a problem with their garage door opening system. I sure am glad I found them.

My neighbors used you to repair their door so I know the work was quality. So I new I would be in good hands using your company. I actually bought a new belt drive opener, new springs, new wheels, new everything basically except the door. My door works better than it has in the 24 years I’ve lived here. Thank you!!

Nicholas Faust was very professional. He called 30 min in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the door, even though it was new construction. He is very maticulous like myself so I appreciated it. After he thought he was done, he left and returned with a new motor, only because he heard a small click. My wife said she didn’t even hear it but he did and said “ I don’t want to leave you guys like that” that is (A+) customer service. Doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing. They have my business moving forward.

We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We’ll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

Precision did an outstanding job when replacing my Belt Drive and Garage Door Opener. Mr. Christian the technician who did the work was very professional. He had to return a second day to correct an issue, but again he was very professional. His main concern was that I was satisfied with the service that he had provided. Thanks Mr. Christian.
