Unexpected level of service! I called around 4:40PM to schedule a garage door opener repair expecting to wait a day or so for service. The friendly service team member got me schedule same day, at no added cost. Nicholas showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but thorough in explanation and options. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I am back to a working garage door with some much needed maintenance care also. Fairly priced, exceptional service and great employees. Five star encounter. Your technician called and got here early. He was well prepared and did a careful inspection. He explained found problems and showed them to me. He prepared estimates for different scopes of solutions and carefully explained the different choices and expectations I was charged a fee of $20 for coming out as I had been previously informed. I am well satisfied.
