Absolutely fabulous! Garage door wouldn’t open. I called at 7am and Rob was there by 8:30am. Door was realigned, straightened and weather stripping was adhered to the bottom. This business does it right the first time because they also installed the door efficiently.

We had a problem with one of the cables of the door opener – called Precision and they had someone out in a couple of hours. The tech (who had originally installed the opener a couple of years ago) was quick and had it all working well in no time. Great service.

In July, I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision. Since the door itself was installed in 1986, it was time for that to be replaced, too. The technician came out and installed the opener within a couple of days, then came back to connect it to my phone, since I didn’t know that was possible until after the install, when I got to read the manual. Precision ordered the door itself at this time, with the understanding that there would be a wait of several weeks. I made an appointment for this morning. After looking at the weather forecast, I called early to express my concern that it might rain early afternoon, and that anything removed from the garage could not be allowed to get wet. Accordingly, Precision sent a team of four to do the install. They started arriving before 9. With rain expected by 1 PM, they worked diligently to get the install completed, which they did by 12:30. It wasn’t 15 minutes after they left before the rain started. All in all, I am extremely please with the service, the opener works with both the two remotes and both my phones, and the color, surprising both me and the team, matches the house trim perfectly. Good job, Precision. Highly recommended.

I was apprehensive about getting my “dead” garage door back in working order on a Sunday morning. I phoned Precision and was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment for a few hours later that same Sunday a.m. The truck and technician arrived very punctually and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and easily established rapport with me. But what most impressed me was his obvious dedication to safety at all costs. He carefully explained what had caused the problem and after an inspection of the door an its attachments, he explained what had happened and what had to be done to fix it…then and there. He was a hard working technician and got the door back in better working order than it had been before the problem arose. If he’s representative of the company’s service, I’ll be back if there is ever a problem with the door. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I’m a VERY happy customer!
