We had 3 different staff members out to service our garage door and install a new opener. Each one was just as professional and polite as the previous. Our history with service men coming to the house was not top of our list for trust. This group restored our faith. Thank you so much for the time and attention.

I’ve used Precision before & called again for help re-adjusting my opener after I replaced a broken coupler. Beau came out & started slowly diagnosing the problem & answering all my questions & explaining how my (13 year old) opener works. Limiters had popped out. Problem solved. He was very patient, positive attitude, informative & gave me options for future needs. Great service & highly recommend !!

I chose Precision from the professional ad in the phone book yellow pages. The response was quick with the appraiser coming first. Of course the original cost quoted to replace a spring was out the door. The appraiser told me even though I had one spring since purchasing the door that I would now need two springs (new building code). He also pointed out a couple weaknesses in the door hinges and a need to replace some rollers. After he presented me with the cost of repairs I agreed since I felt it was still fair cost wise. The actual installer, Brittany, was great. She was pleasant and got right to work. She knows her job and completed the repairs quickly. She is an asset to the company. The garage door works so much quieter and the extra spring hopefully will take pressure off the springs. All in all I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Alex Wheeler was very professional from first phone call, very helpful in his assessment. He also recommended the needed replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. The second technician (I can remember his name) showed up on time and did an excellent and prompt service on the garage door spring and replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. He was very professional and the repair was done very quickly. They both did a great job from beginning to finishing installation. I appreciate Alex and other technician for their great job and service. Thanks for such good care.

We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with garage door issues.
