From start to finish for our new garage door and opener they have kept us informed of the project. The salesman spent time answering all of our questions for the replacement of our old door and opener. All of the people involved from the first contact to the installation everyone was knowledgeable and worked to complete the install professionally and quickly. The installing was completed in 4 hours even with the replacement of the motor twice. We were allowed to take time to ask the installer questions about our new devices. We would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for a garage door, opener even repairs when needed the process was done smoothly.

Precision Door came up when I google searched how to fix a broken garage door. Had emergency replacement done on a broken spring. I also opted for the door overhaul package: rollers, pulley, and bearing plate replacements. Blake came out to do my estimate and Beau did the actual repair. Everyone I dealt with starting with Jessica on the phone to the two technicians were friendly, courteous and prompt. I was lucky they were already in my area and showed up to work exactly when they estimated. The work done is superb and our ten year old garage door sounds brand new again!

Technicians called and advised they could look at the door prior to the scheduled time. Arrived promptly. Listened to the symptoms, diagnosed the door and made corrections/adjustments. Done quickly. Very polite. Have and will continue to reccomend your company.

I chose your company on the recommendation of a friend. The service was great. My appointment was within 2 days of my initial call. A text was received prior to the arrival of the technicians to give me a heads up. They were prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and demonstrated excellent work habits. Rob (sales) and William (installer) were both excellent. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and courteous about my needs. The prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I’ve had other garage door companies upsell me for repairs and parts that weren’t necessary. Although there was a recommendation for a new motor along with a new spring, rollers, etc., they weren’t pushy and allowed me to stick with my old motor despite possible issues. The door is as good as new and as quiet as a mouse. When the motor goes (might be 2 weeks or 2 years), I will definitely call this company for the new one. These guys are straight shooters!

We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient.
