Precision Door installed a conversion package on my 1980s style door opener, and did so without a hitch. Scott came first to diagnose my problem and perfectly articulated the needed repairs and costs for me. He was courteous and efficient. Later that day, Kevin came to do the conversion, took just over an hour, and was also professional, skilled, and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

Scott arrived as scheduled and provided a thorough overview of the repairs needed for my door, provided several options, while completely explaining each of them. He is an outstanding company representative. Furthermore, the service costs were very reasonable and explained well along with the accompanying warranty.

Our door was serviced on 8/5/21. After 3 emails to Mr Walden and Mr Cain and 1 message left for them with Customer Service to discuss a few issues, I have had no response. That is not what I would call acceptable customer service.

Scott was extremely cooperative as he stopped by after visiting a neighbor to assess our garage door and the need to replace the spring and roller mechanism. He was thorough in his inspection and estimate and offered a variety of options for replacing other items for the door. We have an appointment to complete the work on Monday, August 16, 2021. The gentleman who came to inspect our opener which was not working properly was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options to us. We chose to have a new opener installed. My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn’t have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! This is the best garage door company in our area by far!!!

Very professional and prompt. Called about noon for a checkup on a garage door that wouldn’t work. Tech was here by 3:15 and said that a complete replacement was needed and that they could get it fixed that afternoon. A 2nd tech came to help within 15 min and they had the whole job done by 6pm. I would use them again if there were any other problems.
