What can I say.. Scott was informative, professional and kept us in the loop through the who process. Honesty of the company and the tech. I googled and picked your company off google list and investigated. 24/7 (we waited as 24 wasn’t necessary). After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision’s service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect! Great personnel and service!

Scott was very knowledgeable and did a great job of replacing the torsion springs, rollers, cables, etc. I also purchased a lifetime warranty. I’m very satisfied with all aspects of the service.

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Door Service. I had both a double garage door and a single garage door installed. They were professional and the quality of the product is outstanding. Thanks to all of the staff from the sales rep to the installers. I recently had to call for an adjustment, their warranty covered this and the employee “Maurice” who came to look at the problem, took his time, made sure that alignment was done and went over the adjustment and called me out to demonstrate the adjustment was done to my satisfaction and explained everything he had done. There is a reason they are the top rated company!!!!

Just yesterday Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and openers. The two installers were terrific the entire time they were at our house. All of the work was done in one day and in a very professional manner. The guys walked us through the MyQ app setup so that we can remotely open and close, as well as monitor, our doors. We chose the opener device that is extremely quiet and it certainly is. We could not be happier with the products we chose and with the expert work of the installers.

We had actually called one of your competitors because they were nearer to us. But, at the last minute they notified us they could not repair our garage door until the last week of September (a month after our original call to them — they simply had no manpower). So, we called Precision and Scott from your company came that same afternoon to examine our door and give us an estimate. This morning he was here at 8 a.m. and repaired it!! We are very pleased!! I called Precision Door and made an appointment to find out why my door was slamming shut. Scott called to let me to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. I previously had the springs replaced by another company. The other company came out and stated all was fine with the springs and tried to adjust the door closer. It did not help. Scott did a complete assessment of the problem and took time to adjust the closer. He did what the other company did not. That was to satisfy the customer. I greatly recommend Scott and Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I would definitely use them again.
