We chose Precision from reading the customer reviews on your website and Google review. Thomas and Pedro came and I explained the problem that the door were unbalance after I installed fiberglass insulation. They surmised that the springs that were undersized from the builder, they installed higher capacity springs and upgraded the center bearing from plastic to metal. I would highly recommend Precision and their crew.

Precision garage door company was able to repair my garage door and I was so impressed with everybody that I talked to on the phone and also with Jeremy and Samuel. I had immediate service after my initial call and Jeremy evaluated my problem. Samuel did the repair work and was excellent in every way. I certainly will tell others about this wonderful company. Technicians Anthony A. and Jason D. were professional, very helpful and all around nice guys; who came in and performed a professional installation. They took the time to teach us all the in/outs of the new system until we were comfortable (on a very HOT afternoon). Thanks for the quick turn-around!

Found Precision on the internet. They set up an appt for early the following day. Kept me informed when the tech was going to arrive. The tech – Tyler – arrived on time, assessed the problem. He said it was the board in the motor. Ended up replacing the motor and upgraded the springs. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tyler was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Called them in mid morning. Estimator was out within a couple of hours with technician installing replacement opener by end of day. Extremely professional and customer focused. Would recommend them to anyone.
