Submitted an online service request later in the evening, my door was having a meltdown. Not an emergency but important. Got a call the next morning we hadn’t finished breakfast yet. Tech could be here 10-2. Tyler called, 10am arrival. Half hour, all the issues repaired and adjusted. Reasonable price and great response. Tyler was very prompt, knowledgeable and got it fixed. Would certainly call again.

Ian was the employee who installed our new garage door. I told him that your company was lucky to have him! He was getting all of the various parts that he needed and he was very quick in doing that. I bet he could do that with his eyes closed. Anyway I think your company did a very professional job. I would recommend anybody to your company.

My garage door wouldn’t close all the way and sounded like a truck going down the road. I called Precision at 7 AM and a technician named Joel was here by 8:30 AM. Joel was very professional and knowledgeable. My door was as good as new and quiet in about an hour. Highly recommend Precision.

We have good things to say about Precision Garage Door Service. From the moment we called to arrange for service, we spoke to a live operator who kept in touch to let us know when and who would be coming. We heard a loud bang in the garage and found a broken spring on the overhead garage door. It was early Friday afternoon so we were surprised (and pleased) to learn the repair could be done that same day. Alex arrived within 30 minutes to access the damage and provide cost options. He documented everything within photos. The repair specialist arrived within the hour and quickly and professionally completed the job. It was a pleasure to deal with Precision Door.
