Excellent service from the phone call to the finished job, Precision Door was completely professional. My Tech was Thomas – he was totally a pro. He was thorough, patiently explained everything and made some excellent recommendations. After we agreed on the fix, they got busy and we’re done quickly. My garage door is back working perfectly. I highly recommend Precision Door!

Called them on Monday PM. Opener was installed less than 24 hours later. Technician was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Explained the problem with the old door opener and the need for a new system. Installer came within an hour after technician left. He was also friendly, professional and extremely competent. Made sure everything was working, and explained to me exactly what he had done. Made sure I understood the new system and answered all my questions.

I found your company online when I Googled “Garage Doors”. I spoke to three different companies, but I chose Precision Door Service, because I was impressed with the professionalism of your team members. The estimator who came to my house was knowledgeable, courteous and wasn’t pushy or hard-sell. He answered my questions and made sure I understood completely all aspects of my door replacement. I also found your phone staff very courteous and professional, as well. When the time came for my new door to be installed, the installers were also efficient, timely and polite. I am very pleased with my new door and your company!
