Both technicians were great. They were very patient and explained what they were doing. I love the way you communicate by VM, text and email and that your guys show up on time. Keep up the good work. I recommend you to everyone. We had the springs replaced last December and that was a great experience as well. You may want to correct the English in your message. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. The chain rattled and the rollers screeched, so I called for service. Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they do a great job.

My garage door wasn’t closing properly for a few months, but I couldn’t find the problem, then one day I noticed my right runner was dislodging from the ceiling. I called and Korah with Precision Garage Door sent Beau and Chris to get it fixed the same day. They were there on time in and out in an hour, provided great customer service and I didn’t feel overcharged. My garage has never run so smoothly. It was a much better experience than I initially anticipated. 10 out of 10!

I received my new garage door this morning. It was absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen a garage door so sturdy and quiet. Both installers were great. They explained everything about the garage door when they finished installing Every question was answered. The company including all personnel have been so professional, courteous and knowledgeable from the very beginning Great, Great Company and good product

Our garage door broke a spring. We called Precision Doors and were very pleased to have Tyler our service tech not only fix the springs but he checked every part of the system. He replaced all parts that were broken and worn out. The door is very quiet now. This company is very professional. If you need or have any problems with your garage door this is the company to call.

Allen has been put to do service at our home several times. He is an amazing asset to his company. He is a very professional and helpful person. Always on time. He replaced our backup battery for one of the doors. The company is great too. I like receiving the after service emails with pictures and explanations etc.
