#1 spoke to a real person not a recording who listened to my problem w/garage door not closing & set me up w/an appointment the very next day. Technician arrived right on time and was able to assess the problem & fixed, he also gave me options for installing new door. Beau was Very thorough & will use your company in the future. Thank you.
