I’m really impressed. Around 10am today, I reached out for a simple service request thinking that there was just something wrong with one of our sensors. Blake came out to assess by 1pm – diagnosed the problem, gave us 4 different solution options, and had us set up for a repair with a technician the same day. Victor came next at 4:45 to install all the new parts. Both guys were polite, respectful, and professional. They both were very clear on timing & expectations through the process. They both called on their way with accurate times. Finally, they both upheld all their commitments. There are a lot of companies out there now that are flakey and don’t follow through. This experience was very refreshing from beginning to end. OH, and I chat with someone named Cassie (spelling?) before Blake came out to answer a few questions for me and she was great too. All around, really impressed by our experience today.

Working with Precision has being amazing and effortless. From making an appointment to getting a quote to making a appointment for the job they have been awesome Communication and timing has been on point and they did not disappoint. Greetings, My experience with your company was outstanding… It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Thank goodness my garage door stopped working, so i could have Precision Door Service install a new, updated opener. Blake arrived right on time, accessed the situation, and recommended a replacement which could be accomplished the next day. And as promised, Jacob and Zach arrived early, and before i knew it, i had a new, more efficient door opener which will last many years. Precision was recommended to me by a good friend, and i will certainly recommend them to my friends. Timely, efficient, and did a good job cleaning up.
