    From the initial phone call to the completed product the process was a pleasure. Austin who came to my home to assess the exiting door, told me of my options resulting in a replacement door was incredibly helpful as there are many options. The two techs Jason and I wish I had retained the other gentlemen’s name were extremally professional, polite and neat with the install. Austin also came during the install to meet and speak with myself. I received texts prior to arrival of representatives and emails of updates. I am quite happy and would recommend Precision Door. A company is only as good as the individuals who represent them and Precision Door has a great team!

    I was very pleased with Precision Door. Your technician. Joel, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He advised me of what needed to be done. I took his advice and he made all the repairs. It didn’t take too long. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. My door works almost like new and it will last my life time. Thank you.

    I was in need of a garage door company that might give me answers to my dilemma with my garage door openers . I looked online for a company and Precision was recommended. They sent a repair man out within two hours ! He looked at my system and tried to program the door openers but due to an older system was unable to do so . He did not charge me And I appreciated this being a single lady . Whenever my garage system breaks down .. it’s over 20 years old , I’ll surely call upon this company for a new installation.     CALLED PRECISION TO CHECK OUT OLD GARAGE DOOR I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING ETC…THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING TO CHECK OUT DOOR, AND FIXED EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY….RUNS BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN IT WAS NEW…GREAT TEAM OF WORKERS….

    I was in the garage door business in Denver,CO for over 20 years so I’m very familiar with the day to day operations as a branch manager after Wayne Dalton bought the company I worked for. The experience I had today with your serviceman Jordon was so refreshing. Jordon was clean, polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and proposed a solution at what appears to be a reasonable price. Living in a retirement community we’ve heard the horror stories of homeowners falling prey to less than honest trades. I must say that I felt extremely comfortable with Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend them.
