One of the torsion springs on my door broke late Saturday night. Called for service Sunday morning and was told someone could come out that evening between 6:00 and 8:00. The technician arrived at 5:45, did an assessment of the door and hardware condition, and offered various repair options and prices. I chose to repair/replace several mechanical items because I knew they were worn out. The technician completed all of the repairs at 9:30. Now everything works smooth and quiet.

I was very pleased with the work performance of Jeff. He worked very fast while installing the garage door opener and got the job done with no problems. He explained everything, picked up screws, and set the built-in remote in my car when he finished. The overall job performance was the best.
