Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013. I did not remember the names of any of them who came. Shirley Roberts

We called with no notice and was a first time customer. Precision not only made sure a technician was dispatched within hours, they called to let us know when he was coming and followed up with an email. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to fix an almost impossible problem and get us back on track! We will call them again.

The tech actually arived early. I had some questions and he answered them knowledgably to give me confidence in the opener I selected. He installed the opener quickly and then showed me how to operate it and make any changes to the programming if I wanted to change things in the future. Overall a vey impressive job.
