This was my second purchase from Precision Garage Door Service. As a returning customer I had great expectations and was not disappointed. Jordan arrived on time and was a great help in all regards. My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn’t try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn’t even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

Your representative, Joel Mullen, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the garage door issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. And after the installation and repairs were completed, he insured the garage was in better shape than when he arrived. An exceptional person all the way around. Thank you all very much. Excellent service. Tech was great, courteous. Diagnosed the issues I had with garage door (popping noises), discovered other installation issues. Offered solutions and options and cost. Went right to work. My door now is soooo quiet when opening/closing compared to the racket it made before.

Had a broken spring. Received same day service. Well qualified serviceman. Invoice was expensive, but what ain’t now a days. Very pleased that we could get same day service.
