My technician came out on time and was very polite and professional. He made sure I was satisfied, and shook my hand both when he came and when he left. I would definitely use Precision again.

My original techs name was Jason but he is no longer there. I paid cash upfront and the job was incomplete and I waited several weeks to get the other half of my service just to be billed again. I would definatly not recommend them.

Precision responded to my request for service very quickly. The work that Van did to fix our garage door was done with dispatch and in a very professional manner. Everything was explained thoroughly.
