I needed service on an issue with the garage door not closing properly and leaving a gap on one side. Jeff was sent to service the door and he found the problem right away, fix it and noticed the rollers were not working properly, after taking a closer look we found the rollers to be worn out and causing the door to make a lot of noise and the motor to work extra hard. I decided to have them replaced and now the door works like new. I like to thank Jeff for his professionalism and a job well done.

Explained, showed me the broken and weakening pieces, recommended repairs, WITH options if I didn’t want to do all at once, all without making me feel like an inferior! My door was in pretty bad shape, and I couldn’t even open it manually. I recently bought a new Mustang convertible, so I want it INSIDE the garage, not out. Justin came over and fixed the door and it works great now. Justin showed up on time, and did great work. If I ever have any other problems, I’ll call Precision again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Sunday that I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning, between 8-10. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he was minutes away.I was concerned he would be able to repair the door. Cables had snapped, rollers had flown off,the door looked bad. He took a survey of the situation and reassured me that he in fact could repair the door. In a short amount of time the garage door was up and running.
