Installer Ian did a great job. He was meticulous. He did the work of 2 people. I say that because the last time I had my garage door replaced with different company it was a 2-person job with an experienced guy and a helper. Ian was fantastic. He also answered questions and had an easy-going personality. He was great representative for your company. I also want to mention Tyler, sales, who also was terrific and professional. Thanks guys.

Excellent professional service. Michael Bondie and Beau McClure were prompt in arriving and immediately diagnosed the problem and went to work. They gave us several options to choose from, and answered all our questions. They were courteous and completed the job in less than two hours. This was the best customer service experience we’ve had in a long time.

My 2001 jerry rigged garage door opener died. I thought maybe it could be fixed. I was not that lucky. Jacob came to look and suggest the most likely thing that can be done. At this time I cannot put so much money in to the opener. But Jacob was so nice, understanding and helpful.

Louis Hudson. can’t help but feel we were ripped off. Due to the Saturday service call and bad weather approaching. DO not use these folks without another estimate. $3600 bucks for a Garage door motor and new springs. ? No new door. Unfortunately I have found out we probably paid double of what we should have. My fault for not getting another estimate. Unfortunately with the hurricane coming we felt like we had no choice.

Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. Amy let us know what to expect prior to installation day and after. The installers Ian and Daniel were punctual, friendly, organized, professional and overall provided exceptional service even in light of the heavy tropical storm rains on and off that day. We would recommend Precision Door to a friend.

Wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for a “no show” yesterday. My appt window was 2 – 6pm, and I sat around waiting until 7pm…very disappointed!!! Therefore the one star review. I was also surprised that I was not offered a discount for wasting 5 hours of my time.
