Jordan Nein was on time . He showed and explained everything about the garage door that needed replacement. I feel comfortable that he was not trying to sell me something that was not needed.

Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.

Jordan completed routine maintenance on our garage door today. Very professional and friendly. No sales pressure for adding additional services which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Precision for all your garage door services needed. Definitely will be our go to for all future needs.
