I chose Precision Garage Door because I’ve heard about them and have seen their ads on TV. I have been getting rainwater into my garage and thought it might be due to the rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Jordan came to check it out. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the issue might be. He has suggested it might be because of poor drainage runoff for a number of reasons and told me what I might be able to do to rectify the situation. I am going to have my handyman see what he can do. I was extremely happy with Jordan and the time he spent explaining everything. I will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed.

Daniel, the precision representative, really knew his product and had expert skills in detecting my garage door problem. He was respectful, polite and clearing explained what the issue was and offered several repair options without being pushy. He came prepared with all the parts to get the job done immediately. I appreciated not having to wait for days for another appointment. He inspected, oiled, tightened and tweaked other parts that weren’t even part of the issue, which I really thought was professional. Felt like he cared about doing the best job possible. I’d highly recommend Daniel!

Our garage door broke while my husband was leaving for work at 6 am on a Sunday and left my car trapped in our garage and me unable to get to work. Precision Garage Door came up on my Internet search as 24/7 and emergency repair. I was thrilled to speak to a real person who confirmed a technician would be available later that morning. Beau arrived early and was amazing! I was worried out door was going to end up non-functional based on its appearance, but Beau got our door back in working order in no time! Super reasonable rates for our Sunday repair and the estimate for new parts and installation was very reasonable as well.
