We had a complete replacement of garage door, motor, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Precision installers did an awesome job of installing the new equipment, cleaning up their mess, explaining how to use the new product and the extent of the warranty. They arrived on time, were very professional throughout the time they were there, and did a top notch job. I’d definitely recommend Precision to other customers.

SIR; WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPLANATION OF THE WORK HE HAD TO DO AND THE MANNER HE HANDLED OUR EMERGENCY. THE GARAGE DOOR SPRING BROKE AND THE CAR WAS IN THE GARAGE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. Today, May18, 2015, Chris came and evaluated the damage to the opener we had. It is 20 years old and when it broke in a couple of places we decided to get a new one. I called this morning and was told that I would have a person out between 1pm and 4pm. Chris rolled up and started. I was very pleased to see that he did everything so easily, from opening the boxes, to getting everything mounted and working. He even set my opener that is on my mirror to the right code. He worked clean and neat. Got rid of all wastes and left us very happy people. Had a great sense of humor too, I might add. If I hear anyone that has a problem I will surely tell them to call you. What a great company! I called at 7:30 am and my garage door was fixed at 9:00 am! Great customer service and it was fixed at a reasonable price. I will recommend this company to family and friends and will use them again in the future! Thanks so much Scott!

My experience, was moving back into my home after many years and finding much of the house in disrepair including the garage door that was inoperable. Contacting PDS and getting an appointment was very easy, the tech called to inform me that he was on his way, less than an hour. Once he arrived the technician performed an evaluation of the door provided me clear descriptions and options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door industry and extremely professional. I chose the garage door refurbish, which replaces rollers,springs and tightens the bolts. He also took the time to explained how to perform basic upkeep maintenance for the door. Overall Five Star great job!

Called at 7:15 am because our door was stuck in the down position and we needed to get the cars out and go to work. By 8:15 am the door was opened and by 10:00 is was totally refurbished. Responsive service in a desperate situation. Not cheap, but worth it.
