I called them after I called my old service provider and was informed they closed at 4:00. I looked on line and found Precision they were detailed, up front with pricing,and very quick with their service. The technician was very professional and I will call them again. I also like the fact that I saw a picture of the technician that was coming to my home. Great job 5 Jeff

Andrew came back today on a warranty call back and checked our garage door opener and was very helpful and took care of our concern promptly. He was the technician that originally put all the new parts in for the opener and we would highly recommend him, and his Company Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We met with the technician Chris Wheatorn, today at our construction site to determine requirements for a bid on three 10X8 garage doors. We are waiting on the estimate after he speaks to the owner. No service was performed.

Very satisfied customer. Chris W was fantastic to work with. He was on time, explained everything in detail, gave me options, and completed the job quicker than I thought it would take. He replaced a garage door motor as well as springs, rollers etc. new remotes, keypads, and a step by step demonstration of my new system helped me feel great about my purchase. The lifetime warranty on their products let’s me know they stand behind their work and products. I would recommend them 100%.
