Yes… you have a 5 star review from me! This is the second year we have had you take care of our overhead garage door. The first time (2014) I opened the “Val-Pak” and saw a coupon for service. Eugene Van Babcock was sent to my house and I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his respect for caring for my garage possessions. When I got another “Val-Pak” coupon recently, it rang a bell that I needed a second yearly tune up. I called and asked for an appointment and requested Mr. Babcock. Mr. Babcock was on time today, installed a much needed new key pad. He worked on installing and programming the new key pad and showed me “how to”operate the new pad. He programmed, inside car remote, Overhead Garage door opener, and hand held remote. The coupon was generous and appreciated. Will call again when needed and also recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.

Precision by far is the most honest, dependable, employs people who are well-trained, knowable of the work they do. I was referred by a long time trusted neighbor. The technician came to install the two springs. Blake was very professional, quick and effective. He also give me good advice on what to expect in the future with my garage door opener. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous . I was very satisfied with his service. Our door broke so I called Precision. They came to our house a few hours after I called and fixed my door. The repairman was polite, informative, experienced and did a great job for us. Call them, they can fix your problem.
