The technician was great! Right on time and very professional. Fixed our garage doors in the remote in about 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend Daytona garage doors!

This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.

The service we received from Billy the technician was wonderful. We had two new garage door openers installed. Billy was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Van did an excellent job. This my first home…. thus my first automatic door. I have been suspicious of any contractor not knowing what to look for. Home ownership is all new to me. Van explained everything. He explained the why, what and how. That made it a little easier for me to think I would get what I was paying for. The door works fine. I had questions about other products (stronger doors, insulation, etc.) and he answered all. Thanks Van. You guys definitely have my kudos and recommendation.

Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife’s car out of the garage. Overall very pleased.

Andrew provided excellent service today. He called to give me an approximate arrival time and then called a second time when he was within 10 minutes of arriving. He solved our problem in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner. I would definitely use Precision again and would always ask for Andrew. This was five star service.
