Dylan was our garage door technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the issue and proposed solutions that were within my budget. While replacing the springs, pulleys and other hardware, he took time out to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. My husband and I had a crazy awful garage door prior to the work of precision! This door literally had a mind of it’s own. Whenever we would close it, it would pop back open numerous times. In addition, the door was very loud and difficult to manually open. This company came out upon receiving our call and fixed our door! Great service and a working door!
