Chris W. came out and serviced my door. He was very competent and surprisingly quick in making a diagnosis and effecting the recommended repairs. Precision has been my company of choice for anything involving my garage door and the service and the quality of work has always been top notch.

I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today…I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required…upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home…I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done…no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced…very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational…

This is the second time I have used your services. Both times I was totally satisfied. Service is prompt and your staff is so polite ! My technician today, Jon, was so helpful. He is very skilled, and went out of his way to teach me things I never knew about my door opener. It was over 100 degrees in my garage, but it didn’t slow him down from getting my work done promptly, and correctly. Thanks, Jon !!
