Johnathon has just finished installing a new motor on my 19 year old garage door opener. I called around 1030 a.m. and was told a service rep would be here between 3 and 5 p.m. John arrived at 3;50 P.M .and explained, explicitly what my problem was, quoted very fair prices, and when I asked when I could expect the work to be done He said “How does right now sound? I have every thing I need with me “He finished the job, walked us through operation procedures in a very professional manner. HE GETS FIVE STARS FROM THIS OLD GEEZER !!!!!
