Had a new garage door motor and accessories set up today by Daniel. My garage door opener was acting up and it was 18 years old so the only choice was to replace. He called before he came and was on time. He investigated what was wrong with my old system and explained it plainly. He discussed my options and pricing without pressure. He installed the new system efficiently and you can tell he knows what he was doing. He went over instructions and operating the new garage door opener and also the wifi. He cleaned up before he left like nothing happened. The new upgraded system is awesome and quiet. I don’t even have to worry if I leave the garage door open as I have the wifi to check on it. I am pretty pleased with the service. I have used PGD before and I will recommend them.

I was really pleased with Matt. He came very soon after I called for an appointment, the same day. He was very nice and explained everything to me and fixed my garage door so now I can open it with my remotes.

I love my new garage door and opener. Chris who came to my house 2 days ago and made my appointment the next day, was very helpful, professional and gave me all the information I needed. The next day Matt and Alex showed up and also gave me all the information I needed to maintain my door and use my keypad to my door. I am extremely happy with there work and the look of my door. I am so happy, and I know if any thing were to go wrong, they will be here to fix it for free. I totally recommend Precision Door Service.
