While I was very satisfied with the service and the technician I was disappointed that there was no mention of a discount until I received this email within the hour to rate my satisfaction after the job was completed. When I selected the “chat”option to ask about the discount I was told that the customer is supposed to “ask for this at the time of service” but that they would have a manager call me back to see if they could make an adjustment for me. How was I supposed to have asked for a discount at the time of service when I knew nothing about a discount?? And needless to say – no one ever called me back. So for that reason I am only giving them 3 stars. Honesty, trustworthiness and good customer service follow-up are very important to me. I purchased springs, rollers and cable.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he knew what he was doing.
