Our garage door broke and I called another garage door company. We were told we would have to wait until the next day and possibly the following day as well. I called Precision Door Service and had a technician within 2 hours and the door repaired within the next 2 hours. They were spot on!

Jacob, my technician knew his stuff, and only accepted perfection in his work. He explained how the balance of a spring door should balance, and that is what I got, I’m very happy with the quick service.

Andrew came out and within an hour and a half, diagnosed our problem, came up with two solutions and installed the solution we selected, which was a new garage door opener. Thank you for taking the time to do such great work and also spending time after the install to explain everything. Really great service and work.

I read enough reviews to get a good feeling about Precision. I wasn’t disappointed. The appointment went just about like others described — it was confirmed, Jacob arrived exactly when he said he would, the diagnosis was carefully explained to me, several options for repair/replace were explained, the work was professional, and he went the extra mile to caution me and explain how to do certain tasks myself to avoid injury. I’ve had garage doors for decades and could not have been more pleased with the service and the treatment.
