The door is working better than ever. He even returned quickly, when we called back, to check out a problem with the opener that cropped up after he left. Great install. Great technician. Biggest issue is WiFi for garage door has terrible ratings and is impossible to get to work correctly. Ratings totally show it so I think you should carry a better WiFi capable product and make sure you are carrying best products available.

Appears to be great job used you before for new opener

The tech(s) were a bit late getting here but did a good job once they were here. And I’m still waiting for a receipt. (It was supposed to be emailed to me.) But all in all, I was pleased with the service.

I expected the springs to last longer than they did, and complained, but the serviceman replaced both springs in a polite and timely manner. I’ll be monitoring how long these last.

5 stars! these guys came right out and fixed our door after I closed it on a box and broke a cable. I was terrified it was totaled but he fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

I will rate them higher but they refuse to provide a receipt and warranty paperwork
