The tech was great, very efficient and professional. I did not appreciate the sales guy and his up sell techniques. I would call them if I need additional service.

Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn’t open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.

Garage door spring broke on Sun morning of a holiday weekend. Had an estimator here within an hour, and the repairman shortly afterwards. The quick response was terrific. Hated to put out the expense, but it was necessary, and I am confident this company will back up their work. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

Excellent service, very pleased with the worked performed. The sales tech. Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with my garage door and the solutions to repair and the cost involved. I was very pleased by the repair work performed by service tech. Todd. He was very professional and did an excellent job on the repairs and installation of a new garage door opener. Would highly recommend.

Called precision doors as the comments on remarks and 5 star rating. Greg showed up at my door less than 30 minutes later and did an inspection of my situation. Very thorough and polite. Older door needed a surgeon and an appointment was made for later in the day with a technician to do the work. I await the door doctor and anticipate a good job. thanks for such quick response…

Thank You for your service. This is my 2nd time using your Co. I had Broken Door springs done, a few years ago, was so HAPPY, to find out they were under warranty, no questions asked the Tech was very polite, explained every thing, so I understood, I found out my door was not up to code, now it is.
