Didn’t over-look anything & insured that every was Accurate & working well in repairing my Garage Door in reference to the existing “Spring”. The two service tech’s that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I called at 8:00 a.m. and Scott was at my house that afternoon exactly as promised. He even re-arranged his schedule to meet my requirements. Springs were replaced perfectly and it took him exactly the amount of time he quoted. This is the second time we’ve used Precision Door (first time was to replace a garage door opener) and once again we are extremely satisfied – thank you!

Everyone that cane out was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the installation of the board between the garage ceiling and garage door. It was installed so snag that it shifted the drywall. The installer indicated that it needed to be that way which I’m not sure I agree with that.

Beau was dispatched to our home on Sunday. He was professional, and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and completed the job in an efficient and skilled manner. He also gave us a coupon saving us money on the spring replacement. We will be sure to contact you the next time we need service.
