We searched for a reputable garage door company since our builder-grade openers were not doing the job after seven years of service. We purchased the Liftmaster elite series opener and also did a complete overhaul of our two garage doors. The work was performed by Scott Mayhew who did an excellent job, with the assistance of Nicholas, installing our new openers and overhauling our doors. Scott and Nicholas were first class in their work, professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness. It’s been one day since the installation and both doors work great; I especially like the fact that they operate so quietly and that I can monitor via internet their status and to be able to control the units remotely if necessary.

The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully. These are the values many companies have lost over the years. The older generation remembers when life was beautiful. Thanks Precision.
