Scott was very knowledgeable and competent. We were lucky to have him as our tech.

Absolutely love our garage door which is super quiet. I would rate a 5 but they left with our brand new key-less garage door entry pad that we had just installed two weeks prior. We’ve call repeatedly and they have not offered to return the keypad or pay the $40 I paid to buy the keypad (I still have the receipt). I spend $3,000 and they can’t send me the $40 because I assume the keypad is gone.
