Called in the AM, was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 3:00, at 12:30 I was Told what was wrong and an estimate was given to me. Sam was here within an hour, put in the new motor, fixed the springs, all was good. Thank you Precision excellent service.

Excellent job! The technician, Evan, was friendly, competent and thorough. A few difficulties arose during the repair process but he was able to devise solutions and work through them very quickly and efficiently. I like that they call when on the way and arrive when promised. Very satisfied with results, would not hesitate to call Precision in the future and recommend them to anyone having problems with an overhead door.Thanks.

Good work, nice guy. Only issue was the salesman told me 8am install he programmed a 8-12 install. It all worked out and he was done by 11am.

I chose them because they were open on a Saturday nd a lot of garage door opening companies in Ocala are not. The technician, Tyler was excellent – very friendly and professional. He had the problem diagnosed in no time at all.

We really enjoy your customer service. It was a pleasant experience through the whole service given. We, called for a tune up for our garage door. They came days after calling. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and polite during the service. We, have had service years ago replacing our garage door.
