Excellent, professional service by caring people. They solved my garage door problem when no one else I contacted could. Their prices were very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased. They replaced my garage door opener, wall mount controller, remotes and outside wireless switch.

We called Precision Door Service and received excellent same day service on our cracked door. Thomas Norman was very knowledgeable and explained the problems with our door. He done a makeover on the door and took care of problems. We would highly recommend Precision Door Company.

We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision. WE called and were given a date and time. The service person called and let us know that he was on his way. After a thorough inspection he advised us as to what needed to be done and gave us a price. WE decided to go ahead with the job. The service person was one of the nicest people we have worked with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He went over everything when he finished. We would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Lightning struck our house and fried the motor to our garage door. Rob Wiggins expertly assessed and explained everything. Cameron Powers repaired/replaced everything. Both were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. My husband and I were impressed with both gentleman. We will recommend Precision to everyone.

I had what Precision calls a garage door tune up, that is, everything was replaced except the door (hurricane rated) and rails. The rollers, cables, opener, springs, etc were replaced. The old system was 25 years old. The estimate and installation was a same day service and they worked with my work schedule. The only disappointment was I had a convenience button that could opperate the the old system that could not be adapted to the new system. Other than that I am satisfied wih the service and installation and the technicians that did the the estimate and service.

Had two motors replaced after a lightning caused failure. Had Alex the first day for an estimate. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. One day later and very promptly Bernard. Came over and started the work. He was joined by another associate and together they completed the work and taught me how everything worked.
