Thomas arrived on time for our appointment, quickly assessed the door and identified the issues, and clearly explained everything to me before offering his recommendations. He was fully prepared to complete the repair the same day, and once I agreed, he fixed the garage door perfectly. We were looking for a new insulated garage door with a contemporary design. We contacted three garage door contractors including Precision Garage Door. Precision was the first to respond. Their representative came to our house and wrote a thorough proposal and explained everything. He was polite and very personable. We received proposals from the other two companies. However, there was no detail and little explanation. We chose Premier because of their professional approach and their apparent interest in our satisfaction and reasonable pricing. Our door was installed by two very professional technicians. They were efficient, the installation was very well done and they were polite. Clean up was great and the operation and maintenance was thoroughly explained. We are delighted with our new door and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Your business model seem seems to favor your customers. Well done!

They exhibited professionalism and personable natures that were impressive and put me at ease throughout the installation process; which echoed the experience of a local neighbor who recently had used another “Precision” crew installation at his home and recommended your company. Was having issues with one of my garage openers. Beau came out and listened to my issues and evaluated my systems. Beau was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Beau gave me an honest evaluation of my equipment and several options to repair or replaced. He was not pushing anything and gave honest trustworthy advice. I respected his knowledge and trustworthy advice. Beau installed a new garage opener and made some repairs to the door. Very professional work and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
