I had a complete overhaul done to my garage door, everything was replaced except for the panels. I am very satisfied with the equipment I have right now and the technicians that came to my house to do the work were very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to, or had interaction with, at Precision was courteous, helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I would use their services again and would definitely recommend this company.

My neighbor referred us to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because she was so pleased with her installation. The technicians were prompt and kept us informed of their arrival time. They were very professional and eager to answer any of our questions. We are very pleased with our new garage door and complete framing, door opener drives, springs, remote access and would happily recommend this company to anyone planning to replace their garage door.

One of the torsion springs on our very old 16×7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel’s in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !

I was having problems with my garage door opener and I had seen TV advertisements about Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past. I called and asked them to come and give me a quote on what my garage door needed in order for it to be in good operating condition. Cameron came out and gave me three choices of what type of garage door openers I would need and all of the necessary parts I would require. Turns out my garage door was very old and so were the parts. Twenty-five years old to be exact. The quote ranged from Good to Better to Best and the dollar prices involved. I conferred with my brother and landed up choosing the Best quote for my particular requirement. Jason came out to do the work and he did a great job. Jason was very neat and had the job done in a matter of hours. I was impressed with both Cameron and Jason. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

First of all, I feel this is a very reputable company. My scheduled appointment was set between 10-noon. I received a call letting me know the technician was going to be closer to Noon. What company does this? Shortly after I received a phone call from the technician who said he was 26 minutes away. Again, this was really nice to know, and most companies are not that considerate of their customers. Technician, Joel, from Precision Door came out to my home and did an Indepth checkup. He showed me the burnt-out portions of the circuit board and safety issues with the door. I greatly appreciated his thorough explanation and when he completed his work. He left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed with this company and Joel.

What a great experience! (And I am very critical of customer service). Day after Christmas and my spring snapped, I called three garage door companies and Precision replied right away. Blake showed up at my house to give me a quote about an hour and a half from initial contact. Bernard the technician called to tell me he’d be here in 20 minutes, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and knocked it out like a pro. All this took place before their competition had even replied to my initial request for a quote. Great business experience, I’ll definitely recommend them to all my circle.
